Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we are unable to guarantee delivery timescales as these are outside our control.

How long will it take?

We know how exciting it is to find a product that you love and that you can’t wait to get it home, so with that in mind, we aim to deliver any in-stock products within a week, and 2 weeks to outlying areas. See the table below for better estimates of delivery timescales.

We despatch orders daily between Monday and Friday. Orders placed before 12pm will be despatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or during the weekend will be despatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been placed and payment has come through, you will receive an email from us once your item has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number so you can keep up-to-date with your delivery. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please let us know.

Please note that all orders placed with us require a signature on receipt. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver 3 times before returning your order back to us.
